presently there seems to be some confusion about additional security measures in France in the aftermath of the November 13 attacks in Paris. I have contacted B.R.I.A., the French equivalent of AIS-C today and they have assured me that general aviation aircraft do NOT have to observe any additional security measures. You can still land at all airports, no customs clearance is necessary.
At the moment there is only one exception due to the climate conference in Paris. There is a lenghty NOTAM for airports in the immediate Paris area like Lognes (LFPL). Flying is still possible but restrictions and procedures have to followed.
Happy landings - bon vol - David
